Subscription Terms

1. Subscription Overview
Clarity Club offers subscription-based access to our digital content and personal insight tools. By subscribing, you agree to these Subscription Terms in addition to our general Terms of Service.
2. Trial Period
New subscribers may be offered a trial period at a reduced rate (€1). The trial period lasts for 3 days from the date of signup.
During the trial, you have full access to all features included in your selected plan. You may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged the regular subscription fee.
3. Billing and Renewal
After the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically renew at the regular rate:
- Weekly plan: €19 per week
- Monthly plan: €49 per month
Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing period. Your subscription will continue to automatically renew until cancelled.
4. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
After cancellation:
- You will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- You may reactivate your subscription at any time
5. Payment Methods
We accept various payment methods as indicated during checkout. You must provide valid payment information and maintain accurate billing details in your account.
If a payment fails:
- We will attempt to process the payment again
- You may be notified to update your payment information
- Continued payment failures may result in subscription suspension
6. Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will be communicated to you in advance and will take effect at your next billing date after the change.
7. Refunds
Please refer to our Refund Policy for information about refunds. Generally:
- Trial fees (€1) are non-refundable
- Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues
8. Account Sharing
Your subscription is for personal use only. Sharing account credentials or allowing others to access your account is prohibited and may result in subscription termination.
9. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes that affect your subscription.
